Mindfulness helps us maintain a nonjudgmental state of heightened or complete awareness of one's thoughts, emotions, or experiences on a moment-to-moment basis.

Mindfulness is a capacity all humans beings possess, and that can be cultivated, for being aware and awake rather than operating unconsciously. When you’re consciously present, you’re aware of two aspects of your moment-to-moment experience—what’s going on around you and what’s going on within you, with kindness and curiosity.

By offering a secular and evidence-based approach, these programs aim to demystify what meditation is and in a simple, practical and interactive way to teach how to increase focus, productivity and well-being in the corporate world.

The programs have different formats. Keynotes (aiming to inspiring large groups in a limited time), introductory programs (with a time commitment from 3h to 2 days in person), and flourishing programs (8 weeks in person and online combined).
